The Academic Book of the Future’s Principal Investigator spoke about the Project at The Scholarly Book of the Future, a full-day seminar organised by the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers at the British Dental Association in London.
Sam explained the Project’s plans for the coming year, and invited comment and engagement from attendees.
Richard Fisher, Advisory Board member for the Project, also spoke at the event. His paper, entitled ‘Books and Scholarly Communities: Retrospect and Prospect’, considered some of the changes in scholarship over the past generation.
